"Accueil vélo"

Accueil Vélo (‘Cyclists Welcome’) is a national French label distinguishing professionals who offer a warm welcome and quality services adapted to the needs of cycle tourists along cycle routes: bike-friendly equipment: secure bike shelter, repair kit such as practical informations, sports menu tips, luggage transport, cycling routes, ...

In Isère, 75 establishments display the "Accueil vélo" label including tourist offices, accommodation, bike rental and repair companies, restaurants and tourist attractions.

"Accueil Cyclo Oisans"

With its winding roads, sports routes, legendary passes and spectacular landscapes, the Oisans is a destination of choice for all cycling lovers.

To ensure cycling tourists receive a warm welcome, the area has created its own label for accommodation - "Accueil Cyclo Oisans".

This quality label guarantees cycle-friendly hospitality, services and facilities (lockable bike shed, repair facilities, cycle-touring meals, support vehicles, coaching).

The label comes with a 1-bike, 2-bike or 3-bike rating, depending on the services and facilities proposed by the accommodation provider. Throughout Oisans, 90 certified hotels, holiday apartments and guesthouses contribute to enhancing the quality of cycling facilities.

"E-bike service"

Given the growing popularity of the electrically assisted bicycle (EAB) or e-bike, Oisans is extending its range of tourist facilities by targeting a new type of cycle tourism with the "E-Bike Service" label.

At least 52 establishments (retailers, service or accommodation providers) have promised to make electric sockets available free of charge to cyclists in need of a EAB battery recharge.
