It can accommodate from 4 to 10 people, for a few days or for holidays, and has a fully equipped American kitchen (fridge, freezer, gas stove, 3 electric rotary heat ovens, microwave, dishwasher) overlooking the dining room for 12-14 people, the work and games lounge, and the second library lounge, with flat screen TV 107cms, DVD player, HIFI.
