In 1925 the restaurant, run by Fernand Point at the time, was a temple of French cuisine, the first Michelin-starred establishment, the symbol of the excellence of French gastronomy represented throughout the world by Point alongside Bocuse, Troisgros and others.
"We want to work without forgetting, while also not forgetting to stay up-to-date" is the motto of Patrick Henriroux, owner and Chef at the establishment since 1989, and of his team, who have become heirs and torchbearers for creative gastronomy at its zenith. La Pyramide, rated 2 Michelin stars, has been part of Relais & Châteaux since 1999.
Unique in the world, the cellar holds over 28,000 bottles, including some unique bottles from the 19th century and an impressive collection of Chartreuse liqueurs.

♦ Les Terrasses-Grand Hôtel in Uriage-les-Bains
15 km from Grenoble, Les Terrasses restaurant in Uriage-les-Bains, a well-known gourmet dining establishment, is the second restaurant in the department to have 2 stars in Michelin’s Red Guide.
