Located opposite the superb Massif des Grandes Rousses, at 1250 m altitude, Vaujany has all the charm and warmth of an authentic mountain village.
Staying in Vaujany, you will have the choice between two passes : one granting access to Vaujany skiing area only and one also allowing you to ski on the Alpe d'Huez grand domaine Ski.

The ski resort of Vaujany was created in the 1990s. The construction of the Grand Maison dam in the 1980s gave the country money to invest in the development of the mountain.
The mountain has been shaped in places to accommodate ski enthusiasts and is still used as an alpine pasture towards the Col du Couard. The ski area is linked to the large Alpe D'huez ski area. An area which benefits from good snow conditions and a sunny location.
