You probably know their names. Walnuts, Saint Marcellin, Bleu du Vercors, Ravioles du Dauphiné: all are part of Isère’s heritage in their own way. From the four corners of the department, these products are known worldwide. The terroir (set of special local characteristics) from which they come and the skills of their producers are unique.
